Glynn Extension
The clients wished to expand the existing dwelling with an additional room to enjoy the south facing sun. The external design was in keeping with the existing house while providing an enjoyable internal space for entertaining or relaxing. The sunroom also allowed the clients to open up onto a terrace area at the rear of the dwelling, this permitted some outdoor living experience when the weather is at its best. This extension came in on budget and the clients were very happy with the overall outcome.
