Wexford Town Extension
The clients dwelling formed part of an estate in Wexford Town. They were looking to gain an extra room for additional space possibly a bedroom. The site was tight meaning an extension on ground would further reduce the site area. This extension design was simple architecture and used what was already there. The existing roof to the side was removed and an additional room was built on top of the existing walls. The extension was tied into the existing dwelling and roof, all finishes matched the existing.
