Justin Whitty is a Senior Chartered and registered Building Surveyor. He is a Chartered Member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). His qualifications have allowed him to be entered on the Register for Building Surveyors in the Building Control Act of 2007, which is highly regarded within the Architecture and Building Surveying sectors.

Justin’s core values lie in quality, experienced, professional architectural services for his clients…..whether designing a small extension achieving better overall space, overseeing a large scheme or commercial project or providing a trained eye on building surveys. His ideals are ingrained in every aspect of his work.

Nicholas Mernagh completed his Professional Membership of both The RICS and SCSI in 2002, as a Chartered and Registered Building Surveyor, while subsequently attaining Professional Membership of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland MRIAI in 2010, achieving the title of Registered Architect under the Building Control Act of 2007.

Since 2023, Nicky and Justin have collaborated under the Practice banner of MWA Architects, aiming to provide their clients with a thorough Professional service throughout all aspects of their Building Project.
