Blackwater House
The clients inherited the original family home that was built in the early 1990’s. It had become outdated and the clients wanted a more modern, spacious feel to it. The idea behind this development was to retain the overall shape of the house while creating space by adding a utility to the side which tied into the existing style. This was then contrasted out to the rear with a modern flat roof extension with canopy, this allowed the new south facing open plan indoor area to be enjoyed with a very attractive terrace.
